I never leave bad reviews for places but I was really disappointed with my experience here. 2 stars because the food was good but the service was terrible, and I say that as someone who works in customer service. I ordered a burrito and juice on their kiosk and only ever got the burrito. I approached the counter after my meal and the young man standing there walked away as I walked up. I asked the young lady who was there about the juice and she said it didn’t come through on their ticket, which is fine it happens sometimes. I said I’m pretty sure I paid for it, but I didn’t have a receipt to prove it. It’s a weird situation so I do get it, but she didn’t offer me a solution at all. Didn’t offer to make the drink, didn’t offer a phone number or a manager or an apology or even offer to make it if I paid again. They literally just stared at me with their mouths open, not saying anything. I felt so awkward and didn’t know what to say so I just left. They didn’t say goodbye or anything they just kept staring at me as I left. I’m sad because I really did like the food but I won’t be coming back to a place that treats their customers like this.

Fresh ingredients, plenty of options (gluten free) and great tasting. I had the fast and furious burrito with chicken breast on a gluten free wrap. Excellent!

My first 5 Star Review! New to the area I was looking for a spot just like Animo and I am very pleased. Normally I get my juice and smoothies at one place and food at another. I get it all here. I am working my way thru the menu, food and drinks have been fresh, clean and delicious every time. Service has been very good. Parking is not the most ideal in the busy area but it's worth it. Thank you. Happy Customer!

I’m still working my way through the menu but so far, everything I’ve had is tasty, fresh and healthy! I particularly like their Thai salad with chicken, it is delicious! Their fresh juices are very refreshing! It’s a small quaint place with not many tables. They could be a bit friendlier but it is what it is these days. The food is excellent and actually healthy which is hard to find these days!

Not expensive good portion great food!! The lady there was so nice helped me pick a drink best for my upset stomach ❤️ would recommend for clean healthy food.
